Common Blueberry
Boreal Blizzard Haskap (Honeyberry)

Common Blueberry is an August maturing berry that is wonderfully flavorful and contain more antioxidants by volume than the highbush varieties.
They'll give your baked goods a wonderful pop of flavor.

It isn't as large, pretty, or high yielding as the other varieties we carry. But Common Blueberry is one of the only blueberries that will survive in plant hardiness zones 1A to 2B.

Note: Blueberries require very specific soil conditions. They need well-drained soil with a pH between 4.5 and 5.0.

Boreal Blizzard Haskap has the largest and heaviest berries of any haskap cultivar we offer. Both the plant itself and its berries are robust, making mechanical harvesting more effective.

Haskaps have a taste that is a cross between raspberry and blueberry. The berries can be used for eating fresh, baking, jams and jellies, freezing. Haskaps are high in vitamins, fibre, and anti-oxidants.

Boreal Blizzard is a late pollinating variety. Pair with other late pollinators to have a higher yield. Boreal Blizzard is a great companion variety for the Boreal Beauty and Strawberry Sensation.
