Strawberry Sensation Haskap (Honeyberry)

Highbush Cranberry produces attractive white flowers in late June and bears edible fruit that matures to a bright red colour in the late summer.

This shrub, native to much of Canada, is fast growing, and its fruit can be eaten raw or cooked into a sauce.

Strawberry Sensation Haskap is a new cultivar from Berries Unlimited that is getting lots of attention. These haskaps have a unique flavor that range from sweet to tart with an alpine strawberry after taste. This highly productive shrub produces haskaps late season and are ideal for freezing or fresh eating.

Strawberry Sensation is an late pollinating variety. Pair with other late pollinators to have a higher yield.
Boreal Blizzard is a great companion variety.
