Vaccinium myrtilloides

SOLD OUT

(new stock expected: fall of 2018)

Common Wild Blueberry is a must-have for anyone who appreciates the tasty little berries as much as we do.

These blueberries are grown from locally collected seed and produce small, sweet berries in August. The fruit is terrific for fresh eating and cooking.

We suggest you plant these in a low pH (acidic) soil location as they won't perform well in neutral or high pH soils. We are not experts at this as we have natural stands that we collect from. So we suggest you do further research.

Note: We are selling wild blueberries native to the prairies, not their bigger cousins that grow as a higher bush elsewhere in Canada.
