Golden Currant
Strawberry Sensation Haskap (Honeyberry)

Golden Currant produces berries for jams, jellies, sauces and even pemmican. This currant bush is very dense, allowing for use as a hedge, windbreak, or wildlife habitat.

This plant is also a very popular rootstock to graft popular red and white currant varieties to. The resulting plants are taller, more productive, and easier to harvest.

Strawberry Sensation Haskap is a new cultivar from Berries Unlimited that is getting lots of attention. These haskaps have a unique flavor that range from sweet to tart with an alpine strawberry after taste. This highly productive shrub produces haskaps late season and are ideal for freezing or fresh eating.

Strawberry Sensation is an late pollinating variety. Pair with other late pollinators to have a higher yield.
Boreal Blizzard is a great companion variety.
