Romeo Cherry vs Flowering RaspberryPrunus x kerrasis Romeo Rubus odoratus SOLD OUT SOLD OUT Romeo Cherry is a hardy deciduous hybrid shrub variety of Sour Cherry released in the Romance Series of dwarf sour cherries from the University of Saskatchewan in 2004. It features dark red/black, flavourful fruit most suitable for fresh eating, processing, and juice production. Romeo Cherry is also suitable as an accent or landscape tree.
The Flowering Raspberry is an ornamental shrubby plant that blooms with fragrant light purple flowers throughout the summer and has a large, decorative foliage of bright green leaves. The flowers resemble that of a wildrose, and the foliage turns a bright yellow in the fall. This cultivar produces small red raspberries, similar to that of a thimbleberry, but the fruit is mostly tasteless. ROMEO CHERRY QUICK FACTSFLOWERING RASPBERRY QUICK FACTS
