Haskaps have a taste that is a cross between raspberry and blueberry. The berries can be used for eating fresh, baking, jams and jellies, freezing. Haskaps are high in vitamins, fibre, and anti-oxidants.
Boreal Blizzard is a late pollinating variety. Pair with other late pollinators to have a higher yield. Boreal Blizzard is a great companion variety for the Boreal Beauty and Strawberry Sensation. |
