Tundra Haskap is a hardy deciduous shrub. Of all the varieties, Tundra has the firmest fruit, making it great for commercial production. Tundra, like the Borealis Haskap, does not self-pollinate well. We recommend another variety, such as Honeybee or Berry Blue Honeyberry, be planted at a minimum 1:8 ratio with it to boost fruit production.
AVAILABLE STOCK
Tundra Haskap - 1 Year Old
Tundra is the best Haskap for commercial production. Its flesh is firm, and does not bleed from the stem when picked, while still retaining a flavor nearly as good as Borealis.
We recommend planting a 'pollinator' variety in a ratio and proximity that will maximize fruit production.
Price includes University of Saskatchewan Royalty.
