Russian White Mulberry

Taste. That's usually the number one reason people buy the Nova Raspberry.

The Nova Raspberry gets its name from where it was bred, in Nova Scotia. It was created to survive and thrive in the wildly varying climates of Canada, and it does!

This bush toughs it out through the harshest winters and reliably produces large crops in the summer. Nova canes have very few spines and are floricane. As it has a firmer berry, it is commonly planted for commercial plantings where a harvester is used.

Nova Raspberry produces average sized bright red berries, with a long shelf life and delicious taste.

Russian White Mulberry is a cold hardy and adaptable tree. It is a great choice for the impatient gardener as it reaches its mature height in a short period of time and has an attractive, dense, and rounded form.

Odd looking berries are produced among a backdrop of glossy, deep green foliage. The blackberry-esque berries ripen slowly over the season, ranging in color from white, pink, and purple-violet. While the berries are not well regarded for fresh eating, they have made tasty jams and preserves.
