Berry Blue Haskap (Honeyberry) vs Tundra HaskapLonicera caerulea Berry Blue Lonicera caerulea Tundra NOT AVAILABLE THIS SEASON
Berry Blue Honeyberry is a hardy deciduous shrub. Its fruit is deliciously tart and perfect for fresh eating or production. This fast-growing variety blooms early and becomes dormant earlier than other varieties. Berry Blue Honeyberry makes a great pollinator for Borealis, Tundra or the Indigo varieties. Tundra Haskap is a hardy deciduous shrub. Of all the varieties, Tundra has the firmest fruit, making it great for commercial production. Tundra, like the Borealis Haskap, does not self-pollinate well. We recommend another variety, such as Honeybee or Berry Blue Honeyberry, be planted at a minimum 1:8 ratio with it to boost fruit production.
