Canada Post Possible Disruption: What It Means for Your Order

We are proud and grateful to be your seedling provider. Keeping you informed is part of our commitment to your success.

Canada Post possible strike action affects your order

Canada Post has been our trusted partner to deliver seedlings since 2003. Today, with a possible shipping disruption starting May 22, 2025, we need to avoid any risk of delays.

To avoid delays, we will be using an alternate shipping carrier for May 20 and May 26 ship dates.

What does this mean for you?

PO Boxes and similar are for the exclusive use of Canada Post as our federal mail carrier. Our alternate carrier, United Parcel Service (UPS), requires a physical street address where someone will be available to accept the delivery. If no one is available, the package will be taken to the nearest depot.

You have options:

  1. Move your ship date to May 12 to ensure delivery with Canada Post before any potential disruption.
  2. Keep your current ship date (May 20 or 26) and your order will be shipped via UPS
    • Provide a physical street address and phone number where someone can sign for the package. We’ll ship using our alternate carrier.
    • Tracking numbers from UPS will be emailed once your order ships.

We recognize this change is unexpected. We are committed to minimizing any delays and appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

Thank you,
