How will my order be shipped?
show all shipping questionsUnless specified otherwise, your order will be shipped via Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service from our frozen warehouse.
You should receive your order within 2-7 business days in Western Canada and 5-10 business days elsewhere in Canada.
You will receive your order in your normal mail or Canada Post will ask you to pick up your order at your local postal outlet.
Shipping dates are always the beginning of each week from mid-April to mid-June each spring. We only do spring shipping.
