Changing demand, climate and regulatory changes are the primary reasons why we no longer produce some species. Science, public and professional opinion also shape what we grow. Some species are not well suited to our production.

Not Available This Season - Might Return

As a volume seedling retailer we need to have minimum plant inventories to meet our economies of scale in our operations. There may have been a seed or cutting shortage, greenhouse production problem, or a storage problem. Either way, this item is not available this season and may return in the future. Sold Out

We had this item in stock but it sold out early. Sign up for a restock notification (sent at season launch and in January each year) or check back in case someone cancels their order and frees up inventory. In our off-season many items default to sold out as growing status may not be available until harvest in the fall.

Coming Soon

This item is currently growing and we expect to have full production for the entire season. Statistically, we can’t speculate on every crop being a success. Some crops are much more assured than others. Sign up for a restock notification.

Custom Grow

We will custom grow your plant order for you. Although 3,000 plants is our minimum we can also grow larger plugs in the same space. We can often supply seed, but depending on project requirements we may need to mount a seed zone specific collection. Planting services and project management are available to ensure these plants get to their location and planted with high rates of success. Custom grow orders pay half up front and half on delivery with prices that are lower than standard speculative inventory pricing for sharing the risk of non-production.
