Free ShippingTreeTime.ca offers free shipping on all orders over $100 to the western Canadian provinces (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba). Orders under $100 are subject to a $12.00 shipping fee. TreeTime.ca ships out of Edmonton, Alberta. Shipping begins Monday April 16, 2012 and continues each Monday through June 18th. Unless specified otherwise, orders are shipped out through Canada Post as Expedited Parcels and should be received in 1-3 days. You will receive notification that your parcel has arrived in your normal mail but you will need to pick the package up at your local post office. If you have not received your seedlings by Noon on the Thursday after your shipping date please call 1-866-873-3846 and inform us of the problem. Within the Edmonton region, seedlings may be shipped direct to your door by courier. Please note that additional charges may apply to special shipping arrangements. Elsewhere in CanadaTreeTime.ca can ship seedlings throughout Canada. In order to guarantee the health of seedlings shipped elsewhere in Canada, special shipping arrangements must be made, at additional cost. In the past, TreeTime.ca has successfully shipped trees to Ontario, Nova Scotia, and Yellowknife N.W.T. NoteSeedlings leave our warehouse frozen. Please ensure that the roots have thawed completely prior to planting. Once thawed, seedlings should be planted within 7 to 10 days. We ship on Mondays so that you can plant on the weekend.
