Ben Hope is a cultivar selected by the Mylnefield Research Station in Scotland. It is a relatively upright and vigorous variety, producing medium-sized berries. Its size and fruit are suitable for mechanical harvesting, and it is widely planted in Britain for commercial production. Its fruit is suitable for fresh eating and juicing.
The Ben Hope is high yielding and often wins taste tests over the others in the Ben series.
