Carmine Jewel Cherry - 1 Year OldCarmine Jewel was released in 1999, making one of the best established varieties from the University of Saskatchewan fruit program. It is the most common cherry in commercial production on the prairies. By it's fifth year an average bush yields 20-30 pounds of dark red, medium sized (3.5g) fruit.

Romeo CherryRomeo cherry is a Dwarf Sour Cherry variety released by the University of Saskatchewan Fruit Program in 2004 as part of their 'Romance' series. It is similar to their 'Carmine Jewel' variety, but produces fruit later in the season. It is highly productive, with medium-sized (4.0 gram), dark red-black flavourful fruit, good either fresh or processed and excellent for juice.
