Volume Discounts

In addition to our bulk prices for complete boxes, Treetime.ca is pleased to offer volume discounts to our wholesale customers.  Volume discounts are based on the toal value of each order.

Deposits

• Orders less than $500.00 require payment in full to secure inventory.
• Orders more than $500.00 require a minimum 30% deposit to secure inventory. Remainder is due 2 weeks prior to delivery.
• All orders are in CAD (Canadian Dollars).

Payment Methods

Treetime.ca can accept credit card payments directly through our online ordering system. Paying online with a credit card secures your order immediately.

You can also pay by credit card or cheque over the phone or by fax or mail.

To order and pay by phone, complete your online order and select the "Pay by Phone" option, and checkout. You will be provided with a shopping cart number and our toll-free telephone number.

Please note that when paying by phone, fax or mail, your order cannot be secured until payment is received. To secure your order immediately, please choose to pay by credit card online.

Returns and Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of tree seedlings, payment is required prior to shipment. Once shipped, seedlings cannot be returned.

Amendments or cancellations of orders must be completed within 48 hours of the order being secured. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be credited in full. Cancellations made after 48 hours forfeit the 30% order securing deposit.

Guarantee

Treetime.ca stands behind our products and is proud to guarantee our seedlings are in good health upon arrival and will put on new growth after being planted. If you receive any seedlings you believe are not healthy upon arrival please contact us within 7 days. If for some reason your seedling does not put on growth within 30 days of being planted please contact us. Seedlings that do not perform as guaranteed will be replaced or store credit issued.
