What is your return policy?show all billing questions Once shipped, seedlings cannot be returned. Amendments or cancellations of orders must be completed within 48 hours of the original order creation. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be credited in full. Cancellations made after 48 hours will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Note: due to the perishable nature of tree seedlings, you must make full payment on your order before we will ship it to you.
